| 目的:研究风湿痹痛散外敷联合体外冲击波治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年1月我院门诊收治的腰背肌筋膜炎患者98例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组两组，每组各49例。对照组患者给予体外冲击波治疗，观察组患者给予风湿痹痛散外敷联合体外冲击波治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分变化、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化、功能障碍评分(ODI)、日本矫形外科协会评分(JOA)变化及治疗的不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；治疗后两组患者的中医症候积分、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著下降，ODI及JOA评分均明显改善，观察组治疗后的中医症候积分、IL-6及TNF-α水平低于对照组，ODI及JOA评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；观察组与对照组不良反应率比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论:腰背肌筋膜炎患者应用风湿痹痛散外敷联合体外冲击波治疗临床效果良好，有利于患者腰椎功能的改善，治疗安全可靠。 |

| Clinical effect of external application of Fengshi Bitong powder combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Fengshi Bitong powder combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on patients with lumbar and back myofascitis. Methods Ninety-eight patients with lumbar and back myofascitis admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from August 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method, 49 patients in the control group were given extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and 49 patients in the observation group were given external application of Fengshi Bitong powder combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The data of the two groups of patients were observed: Clinical efficacy, changes in TCM symptom scores before and after treatment, changes in serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels, dysfunction score (ODI) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score, and treatment adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group after treatment was compared, the latter index was higher (P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, IL-6 and TNF-α levels were significantly decreased in both groups, and ODI and JOA scores were significantly improved. After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and ODI and JOA scores were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate of observation group and control group was lower, and the adverse reaction could be alleviated by itself (P >0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Fengshi Bitong powder combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on patients with lumbar myofascitis is good, which is conducive to the improvement of patients' disease and lumbar function, and the treatment is safe and reliable. |
