| 目的:探究穴位埋线联合金骨莲胶囊、电针治疗对老年湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者中医证候、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平及数字评价量表(NRS)评分的影响。方法:选取2018年3月—2019年10月本院收治的老年湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者120例，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组两组，每组各60例。对照组给予金骨莲胶囊、电针治疗，研究组给予穴位埋线联合金骨莲胶囊、电针治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、血β2-MG水平及NRS评分的变化。结果:治疗后，研究组总有效率为95.00%，显著高于对照组的81.67%(P ＜0.05)；治疗后，两组患者中医证候积分、血β2-MG水平及NRS评分均比治疗前显著降低(P ＜0.05)；且治疗后研究组中医证候积分、血β2-MG水平及NRS评分均明显低于对照组(P ＜0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合金骨莲胶囊、电针治疗老年湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎疗效显著，能快速改善患者临床症状，减轻疼痛，降低肾功能损伤。 |

| Effect of acupoint catgut embedding on blood circulation in elderly patients with gouty arthritis of blood β2-microglobulin level and NRS score |

| Objective To explore the effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Jingulian capsule, electroacupuncture treatment on TCM syndrome, blood β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) level and numerical evaluation scale (NRS) score in patients with gouty arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type in the elderly. Methods From March 2018 to October 2019, 120 patients with gouty arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type in the elderly admitted by our hospital were randomly divided into study group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was only treated with Jingulian capsule, electroacupuncture treatment, while the study group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with Jingulian capsule, electroacupuncture treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups and the changes of TCM syndrome score, NRS score and blood β2-MG level before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.67%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, NRS score and blood β2-MG level of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, NRS score and blood β2-MG level in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Jingulian capsule, electroacupuncture treatment on gouty arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type in the elderly is significant. It can quickly improve clinical symptoms, relieve the pain, reduce the renal function damage. |
