| 目的:探讨隔药灸对老年髋部骨折患者术后恢复及深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防效果。方法:选取2023 年1 月—2023年11 月在我院完成髋关节置换术的90 例患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组术后使用常规治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上行隔药灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗7 d 后，两组凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)均高于治疗1 d，且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组D-二聚体(D-D)水平治疗7 d 后均低于治疗1 d，研究组更低(P＜0.05)。治疗7 d 后，两组股深静脉血流速度均升高，治疗7 d 后研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后不同时间的膝关节、髌骨周径均较治疗前降低，且治疗7 d 后均低于治疗1 d(P＜0.05)。研究组DVT 发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗7 d后两组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分均升高，且研究组更高(P＜0.05)。结论:老年患者髋部骨折术后采用隔药灸能有效改善患者血液状态、减轻下肢肿胀，促进下肢运动功能恢复，降低DVT 的发生。 |

| Objective To explore moxibustion of powder and cake effect of postoperative recovery and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 90 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment after operation, while the research group received moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 7 days of treatment, the thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thrombin time (APTT) of 2 groups were higher than those of 1 day of treatment, and the research group was higher than the control group (P<0.05)，the level of D-dimer (D-D) in both groups decreased after 7 days of treatment compared with 1 day of treatment, and the level was lower in the research group (P< 0.05).Compared with 7 days after treatment, the blood flow velocity of femoral deep vein in both groups increased, and the research group was higher than the control group after 7 days of treatment (P<0.05). Knee joint and patellar peristatic at different time after treatment were lower than before treatment, and after 7 days of treatment were lower than 1 day of treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of DVT in the research group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, SF-36 scores and Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale (FMA) scores were increased in both groups, and higher in the research group (P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with hip fracture, moxibustion can effectively improve blood status, reduce lower limb swelling,promote the recovery of lower limb motor function, and reduce the occurrence of DVT. |
