| 目的:观察石斛益肾丸联合低强度脉冲超声对肾阳虚型阳痿的疗效。方法:选择贵州中医药大学第二附属医院2023 年10 月—2024 年3 月收治的60 例肾阳虚型阳痿患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组均30 例。对照组采用枸橼酸西地那非片和低强度脉冲超声联合治疗，试验组在对照组的治疗基础上加用石斛益肾丸。连续治疗4 周，观察两组用药后国际勃起功能量表(IIEF-5)评分、中医证候评分、阴茎血流动力学指标[收缩期血流峰值(peak systolic velocity，PSV)、舒张末期血流峰值(end diastolic velocity，EDV]、勃起硬度等级(EHS)评分及夜间勃起功能监测指标。结果:治疗4 周后，试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33% vs 76.67%, P<0.05)，试验组IIEF-5 评分、PSV、EHS、勃起功能监测各项指标均高于对照组(P＜0.05)，试验组中医证候评分([ 4.07±2.08)分vs(9.33±3.68)分]、EDV([ 4.25±0.28)cm/s vs(6.23±0.52)cm/s]，均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:石斛益肾丸联合低强度脉冲超声治疗肾阳虚型阳痿疗效显著，可以明显改善患者中医证候、阴茎血流动力学及夜间阴茎勃起情况，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Shihu Yishen Pill combined with low - intensity pulsed ultrasound on Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction. Methods Select sixty patients with Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to March 2024 as the research subjects, and using a random number table divide them into the control group ( n=30) and the experimental group group ( n=30). The control group received treatment with sildenafil citrate tablets and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound, while the experimental group received additional treatment with Shihu Yishen Pills on the basis of the control group'streatment. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) scores, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, penile hemodynamic parameters (PSV, EDV), Erection Hardness Score (EHS), and Penile nocturnal erectile function monitoring were observed after medication in both groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(93.33% vs 76.67%, P<0.05). The IIEF-5 score, PSV, EHS, and erectile function monitoring indicators of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group( P<0.05), the TCM syndrome score and EDV of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group [(4.07±2.08) points vs (9.33±3.68) points, (4.25±0.28) cm/s vs (6.23±0.52) cm/s, P<0.05]. Conclusion The combination of Shihu Yishen Pill and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy for the treatment of Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction shows significant efficacy. It can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients, penile hemodynamics, and nocturnal penile erection,warranting its clinical application and promotion. |
