柴枳平肝汤对功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者胃肠激素及血清神经肽 S受体 -1水平的影响

摘要:
目的:观察柴枳平肝汤对功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者的治疗效果及对胃肠激素、血清神经肽 S受体 -1(NPSR1)水平的影响。方法:选取 2020年 1月—2021年 1月天津市第二人民医院及天津中医药大学第一附属医院脾胃科收治的 76例功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用常规西药联合应用中医药柴枳平肝汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率以及治疗前后的胃肠激素水平和 NPSR1水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率 97.37%,显著高于对照组 81.58%,差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05);治疗前,两组血清 5-羟色胺 (5-HT)、生长抑素(SS)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ( PGⅡ)、血清神经肽 S受体 -1(NPSR1)水平差异无统计学意义( P> 0.05),治疗后,观察组的 5-HT、PGⅡ、NPSR1水平高于对照组, SS水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。结论:应用柴枳平肝汤治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者可显著提升疗效,其作用机制可能与调节胃肠激素、NPSR1水平有关。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction in functional dyspepsia patientswith disharmony between liver and stomach, as well as the actual effect on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and serum neuropeptide S receptor-1 (NPSR1). Methods Patients were extracted from January 2020 to January 2021 in Tianjin Second People' s Hospitaland First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which 76 cases of patients were functional dyspepsia liver stomach. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group were combined with Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction.Total effective rate, gastrointestinal hormone levels and NPSR1 level changes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.37% in the observation group and 81.58% in the control group (P< 0.05). Before treatment, the levels of 5-HT, SS, PG Ⅱ and NPSR1 in the two groups were compared (P> 0.05). Aftertreatment, the levels of 5-HT, PG Ⅱ and NPSR1 in the observation group were higher than those inthe control group, while the level of SS was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction in functional dyspepsia patientswith disharmony between liver and stomach can significantly enhance the efficacy,The mechanism may be related to its regulation to gastrointestinal hormone levels and NPSR1 level.
