| 目的:对中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普(VIP)数据库，查找关于中西医治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的随机对照实验(RCT)，检索时限从建库至2020年10月。由2位检索员按纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献，提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量，利用RevMan5.3分析软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入11篇文献，共928例患者，其中试验组474例采用西医常规治疗，对照组454例在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂口服治疗。经Meta分析，纳入文献中有10篇试验进行了有效率分析，结果显示血栓闭塞性脉管炎的实验组有效率优于对照组(Z=5.99，P<0.001)。治疗组的血浆黏度指标、纤维蛋白原指标、全血黏度指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)，漏斗图显示不存在发表偏倚。结论:中西医治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效实验组优于对照组，值得更深入研究和总结。 |

| A Meta Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Thromboangiitis Obliterans |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis. Methods The CNKI, WanFang and VIP databases were searched by computer to find randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Two searchers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data, evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies and performed a Meta analysis using the Review Manger 5.3 analysis software. Results 11 randomized controlled trials of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis were finally included, with a total of 928 cases included. There were 10 trials included in the literature for effective rate analysis, and the results show: OR=4.16, 95% CI (2.61, 6.63). The effective rate of the experimental group with thromboangiitis obliterans is better than that of the control group (Z=5.99, P<0.001). The funnel chart shows that there is no publication bias. Conclusion The experimental group of TCM and western medicine for the treatment of thromboocclusive vasculitis is better than that of the control group, which deserves more in-depth research and summary. |
