| 目的:对双柏散外敷联合西药治疗外科急腹症的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法:计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、Web of Science、PubMed及Embase数据库建库至2020年5月收录的关于双柏散外敷联合西药治疗外科急腹症的随机对照试验研究(RCT)，严格按照纳入及排除标准筛选文献，对纳入文献采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入10篇文献，共涉及733例患者。双柏散外敷联合西药治疗组的总体有效率优于对照组[OR=6.62，95%CI(3.65,12.00)，P<0.001]，治疗组腹痛缓解时间较对照组明显缩短[MD=-1.67，95%CI(-1.85,-1.49)，P<0.001]，治疗组白细胞计数恢复正常时间明显短于对照组[MD=-2.38, 95%CI(-2.77,-2.00)，P<0.001]，差异均有统计学意义。结论:双柏散外敷联合西药可有效治疗外科急腹症，但由于纳入文献存在一定的局限性，还需多中心、大样本、高质量的RCT来进一步验证。 |

| External Application of Shuangbai Powder in the Treatment of Patients with Surgical Acute Abdomen:a Meta-analysis of Randomized Clinical Trials |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuangbai Powder in the treatment of surgical acute abdomen. Methods The randomized controlled trial (RCT) of external application of Shuangbai powder in the treatment of surgical acute abdomen was searched from the date of establishment of CNKI, Wan Fang, VIP, Web of Science, PubMed and EMbase databases to May 2020. The literatures were collected strictly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Cochrane RevMan 5.3 was used for the metaanalysis. Results A total of 10 randomized controlled trials of clinical research literatures and 733 patients were included. Compared with the control group, treatment group had a better efficacy in total effective rate of surgical acute abdomen [OR=6.62, 95%CI(3.65,12.00), P<0.001]. The relief of abdominal pain in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group [MD=-1.67, 95%CI (-1.85,-1.49), P<0.001]. The recovery time of white blood cell count in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group [MD= -2.38, 95%CI (-2.77,-2.00), P<0.001], which was statistically significant. Conclusion Shuangbai powder has certain advantages in treating surgical acute abdomen, but it still needs to be confirmed by multicenter, large-sample, high-quality RCT studies. |
