| 目的:观察葛根软膏对于治疗Ⅱ期肛裂愈合的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年9月温州医科大学附属第二医院中西医结合肛肠科收治的Ⅱ期肛裂患者110例，随机分为两组，各55例。对照组用马应龙麝香痔疮膏进行治疗，观察组用葛根软膏进行治疗，比较两组疗效，观察并比较两组患者在药前后的创口分泌物、疼痛程度评分，比较两组患者的创口愈合时间。结果:观察组的总有效率为95%，显著高于对照组87%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前，两组的创口分泌物评分和疼痛评分差异无统计学意义。用药后，观察组的分泌物评分为(0.09±0.02)分，低于对照组的(0.73±0.781)分，疼痛评分为(1.05±1.39)分，低于对照组的(2.22±2.043)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组用药后创口愈合时间为(14.18±2.59)d，短于对照组的(10.22±2.28)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根软膏能减少创口分泌物，减轻疼痛程度，缩短创口愈合时间。 |

| The Effect of Pueraria Ointment in the Treatment of Anal Fissure Wound Healing in Stage Ⅱ |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pueraria ointment in the treatment of anal fissure healing in stageⅡ. Methods A total of 110 patients with Stage Ⅱanal fissure were collected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Muskhemorrhoids ointment and the observation group was treated with Pueraria ointment. The wound secretion, pain degree and wound healing time of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 87% ( P< 0.01). The wound secretion score of the observation group after treatment was (0.09±0.02), which was significantly lower than those of the control group (0.73±0.781, P<0.01). The pain score after treatment in the test group (1.05±1.39), which was significantly lower than those of the control group (2.22±2.043, P<0.01). The wound healing time was shortened, which are (10.22±2.28) d in the observation group and (14.18 ±2.59) d in the control group (P<0.01). All the above are statistically different and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Pueraria ointment can reduce the secretion of wound, reduce the degree of pain and shorten the time of wound healing. |
