| 目的:观察负压封闭引流联合银黄洗剂冲洗治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将52例下肢静脉性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各26例，对照组给予负压封闭引流联合生理盐水冲洗治疗，治疗组给予负压封闭引流联合银黄洗剂冲洗治疗，疗程均为28 d。比较两组患者创面的面积及状态评分(气味、肉芽形态及疼痛的评分)、相关炎性指标(白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白值)的变化情况及总有效率。结果:治疗组的总有效率为88.46%，高于对照组的61.54%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后创面的面积及状态评分明显改善，白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白值明显降低(P<0.05)，且治疗组较对照组改善更明显，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流联合银黄洗剂冲洗治疗下肢静脉性溃疡可有效促进肉芽组织生长、改善创面状态并降低炎性反应，明显提高创面愈合率。 |

| Clinical Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined with YinHuang Lotion in the Treatment of Venous Ulcer of Lower Extremity |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower limbs. Methods Fifty-two patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 26 cases.The control group was given vacuum sealing drainage combined with normal saline rinsing treatment and the treatment group was given vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion rinsing treatment, which with a course of 28 days. The changes of wound area and state score (odor, granulation morphology and pain score) and related inflammatory indicators (white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein value) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88.46% and 61.54% respectively (P<0.05). In the treatment group and the control group, the wound area and condition were significantly improved. Compared with before treatment data, the white blood cell count and the value of hypersensitive c-reactive protein were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group were more significant than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion can effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue, improve the wound state, reduce the inflammatory response and significantly improve the wound healing rate in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity. |
