乳腺癌组织中miR-181、Prox1 的表达及临床意义

摘要:
目的:探究乳腺癌组织中微小RNA-181(miR-181)和同源异型盒转录因子(Prox1)的表达水平及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析本院于2016 年7 月—2019 年3 月收治的80 例乳腺癌患者的基本信息及病理资料。通过实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术定量评估乳腺癌组织及其癌旁组织中miR-181 和Prox1 的表达情况,分析乳腺癌组织中miR-181 和Prox1 的表达量与临床病理的关系,采用Pearson 相关分析乳腺癌组织中miR-181 与Prox1 表达的相关性。结果:乳腺癌组织中miR-181 的表达量较癌旁组织上升,而Prox1 的表达量较癌旁组织降低(P 均< 0.05);miR-181 和Prox1 的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM 分期及肿瘤分化程度有关(P 均< 0.05);miR-181 的表达量与Prox1 的表达量呈显著负相关(r =-0.777,P < 0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织中miR-181 表达增加,而Prox1 表达降低,二者均与淋巴结转移、TNM 分期及分化程度有关,对临床评估患者病情具有重要意义,也是靶向药物治疗研发的新方向。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate theexpression and clinical significance of microRNA-181 (miR-181) and transcription factor prospero homeobox 1(Prox1) in breast cancer. Methods The basic information and pathological data of 80 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of miR-181 and Prox1 in breast cancer and its adjacent tissues was quantitatively evaluated by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR), meanwhiletheclinical significance was analyzed. Results The expression of miR-181 in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues, while the expression of Prox1 was lower than that in adjacent tissues (all P < 0.05).The expressions of miR-181 and Prox1 were related to lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and differentiation degree (all P <0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between miR-181 expression and Prox1 expression (P <0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of miR-181 and the decreased expression of Prox1 in breast cancer tissues are related to lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and differentiation degree, which have potential implications for clinical evaluation of patients' conditions and also become a new direction for the development of targeted drug therapy.
