复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖在结肠镜肠道准备中的应用观察

摘要:
目的:比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖、单纯复方聚乙二醇电解质散及硫酸镁在结肠镜肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院脾胃科接受结肠镜检查的患者 126例,随机分成 3组,对照组、观察 A组、观察 B组,每组 42例,对照组口服硫酸镁清肠,观察 A组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散清肠,观察 B组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质联合乳果糖清肠,根据 Boston肠道准备量表对肠道进行分段评分,计算肠道清洁率,并记录患者在肠道准备过程中不良反应的发生情况,比较 3组的上述指标。结果:观察 A组和观察 B组肠道清洁有效率分别为 92.85%、95.24%,明显优于对照组(80.95%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是观察 B组在肠道清洁非常满意率明显优于观察 A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察 A组和观察 B组肠道不良反应发生率分别为 9.52%、7.14%,明显低于对照组(16.66%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察 B组比观察 A组不良反应率有所下降,但比较无统计学差异( P>0.05)。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖应用于结肠镜检查前的肠道准备,不仅能增加肠道清洁的有效率,还可以明显提高肠道清洁的质量,而且把不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the application of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose, compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and magnesium sulfate in bowel preparation for colonoscopy. Methods Totally 126 patients who underwent colonoscopy were collected. The patients were randomly divided into control group, experiment group A and experiment group B. The patients in control group were given magnesium sulfate, the patients in experiment group A were given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and the patients in experiment group B were given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose in bowel preparation for colonoscopy. The effects of cleaning gastrointestinal tract and adverse reactions were compared among three groups. Results The bowel cleansing excellent rates of experiment groups A and B were 92.85% and 95.24%, which were signi.cantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of adverse reactions of experiment groups A and B were 9.52% and 7.14%, which were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose in bowel preparation for colonoscopy can increase the bowel cleansing excellent rate and decrease the incidence rate of adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion for clinic.
