| 目的：观察中西医结合快速康复外科护理在外科手术患者中的效果。方法：选取我院 94 例胆囊结石手术患者为研讨对象，分为研究组和对照组，每组 47 例。比较观察不同护理方式所获得的效果。结果：干预后，研究组患者的下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、术后清醒时间和住院时间及患者满意度均优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：在手术患者中，中西医结合快速康复外科护理理念的应用，能使患者的护理满意度提升，缩短恢复时间和住院时间。护理方式安全性高，可以促进患者机体恢复。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing concept in patients undergoing surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients undergoing surgical operation in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, 47 cases in each group. The effects of different nursing measures were compared and observed. Results After the intervention, the time of getting out of bed, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, postoperative awake time, hospitalization time and other indicators of the patients in the study group were all lower compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In surgical patients, the application of the concept of rapid rehalibilitation surgical nursing can improve the satisfaction of nursing care and shorten the length of hospital stay, also reduce the rate of complications, improve the safety and promote the recovery of patients. |
