| 目的：探讨切口冷敷应用于痔疮患者术后疼痛护理中的效果。方法：选择 2017 年 11 月—2018 年 11 月我院收治的行痔疮手术患者 200 例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各 100 例。对照组术后不使用冰袋冷敷术后切口，观察组术后使用冰袋冷敷术后切口。对比两组术后 6、12、36 h 疼痛程度、负性情绪变化及护理满意度情况。结果：观察组术后 6、12、36 h 的 VAS 评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后 6、12、36 h 的 SAS、SDS 评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对行痔疮术患者实施术后冰袋冷敷可明显减轻切口疼痛感，并缓解负性情绪，提升患者对护理的满意度。 |

| Application of Cold Incision in Postoperative Pain Nursing for Patients with Acne |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the effect of cold incision on postoperative pain nursing in patients with acne. Methods A total of 200 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 100 cases in each group. In the control group, the cold incision was not used after cold pack, and the incision was performed after cold pack application in the observation group. The pain level, negative emotional changes and nursing satisfaction at 6, 12 and 36 h were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6, 12 and 36 h after operation (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6, 12 and 36 h after operation. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ice bag cold compress after hemorrhoids operation can obviously relieve the pain of incision, alleviate negative emotions and improve the satisfaction of nursing. |
