| “人参大黄汤”早期经空肠营养管滴注促进胰十二指肠术后胃肠功能恢复的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察“人参大黄汤”对胰十二指肠切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将行胰十二指肠切除术患者62 例随机分为实验组与对照组各 31 例。实验组于术后 6 h 后经空肠营养管泵入中药，对照组采用生理盐水，均装入不透明容器。余术后常规治疗方案两组相同，不使用其他促进胃肠功能恢复的疗法。结果：实验组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、腹胀持续时间、肠内营养开始时间均短于对照组，呕吐及腹胀发生率低于对照组，住院时间较对照组短，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而两组并发症发生情况无统计学差异（P>0.1）。结论：胰十二指肠切除术后早期经空肠营养官滴注“人参大黄汤”可促进胃肠功能恢复，同时并不增加并发症风险，有很好的临床治疗效果。 |

| Clinical Observation of Ginseng Rhubarb Decoction through Early Jejunal Nutrient Canal in Recuperating Gastrointestinal Function after Pancreaticoduodenectomy |

| Objective To observe the effect of Ginseng Rhubarb Decoction on gastrointestinal function of patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Totally 62 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n=31). The patients of experimental group were pumped into the traditional Chinese medicine through the jejunum nutrition tube after 6 h. Results In the experimental group, the first exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound, the first defecation time, abdominal distension duration, and enteral nutrition start time were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence of vomiting and abdominal distension were lower than those in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.1). Conclusion Pancreaticoduodenectomy with early enteral nutrition infusion of Ginseng Rhubarb Decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, at the same time it does not increase the risk of complications, and the clinical treatment effect is very good. |
