| 目的：研究芪术利胆消石汤联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）对胆囊炎和胆结石患者白细胞介素 -4（IL-4）、白细胞介素 -10（IL-10）及 CD4+、CD8+ 水平的影响。方法：选择 2018 年 1 月—2018 年 12 月在我院接受治疗的胆囊炎和胆结石患者 126 例。将患者按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组，各 63 例，两组均常规给予 LC 术式治疗，观察组在此基础上另增用芪术利胆消石汤治疗，对比两组手术相关指标、免疫指标、炎症因子及两组并发症情况。结果：观察组的住院时间、肛门排气时间及下床活动的时间均分别明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组的 CD4+、CD8+ 水平均明显升高，但观察组又明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组的 IL-4 及 IL-10 水平均明显降低，但观察组又明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组并发症的发生率相比，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论：芪术利胆消石汤联合 LC 术式对胆囊炎和胆结石患者的疗效较好，能够明显改善患者机体的免疫功能及炎症状态，安全性也较高，值得给予推广。 |

| Objective To study the influence of IL-4, IL-10, CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ of Qizhulidan Xiaoshi Decoction (QXD) combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in the treatment of patients with cholecystitis and gallstone. Methods Totally 126 cases of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were studied. The patients were divided into observation group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63) according to random number table method. The patients in two groups were treated with LC. The patients in observation group were treated with QXD on this basis, and the indexes related to operation and immune index, inflammatory factors, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, time of anal exhaust and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion QXD combined with LC has a better curative effect on cholecystitis and gallstone patients, and can obviously improve the immune function and inflammatory state of the patients, and the safety is also higher, which is worth of popularizing. |
