| 目的：探讨中西医结合护理在老年冠心病患者术后护理中的效果。方法：选取我院 2019 年 2 月—2019 年 5 月术后老年患者 150 例（年龄≥ 65 岁）为研究对象，采用数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组各 75 例，观察组在常规护理的基础上同时结合中西医结合护理，对照组采取常规护理方法，观察对比两组患者治疗效果、住院时间及患者满意度。结果： 观察组患者治疗效果及患者满意度显著高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组住院时间显著低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对老年冠心病患者术后采用中西医结合护理可显著提高其治疗效果，改善不良症状，促进康复，具有较高的临床价值。 |

| Observation and Research of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Nursing in Treating Elderly Coronary Heart Disease |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 150 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing. The patients in observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The efficacies and nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90 . 67 % which was higher than that of the control group ( 80. 00%, P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.33% which was higher than that of the control group ( 85. 33%, P < 0 . 05). The length of hospital stay of observation group [( 6 . 29± 3 . 19 ) d] was significantly less than that of the control group [( 8.24± 3 . 86 )d](P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursingcan improve the efficacy and satisfaction of elder patients and has a high clinical value. |
