| 目的：探讨脊柱平衡手法配合灵仙通络方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛（DLBP）的疗效。方法：选取 180 例 DLBP 患者， 随机分为治疗组和对照组各 90 例，最终治疗组完成 86 例，对照组完成 84 例。分别观察治疗前后和随访 6 月的中医证象评分、VAS 评分、ODI 评分，并评价疗效。结果：治疗后和 6 月随访，两组 VAS、ODI 评分均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗组 VAS 评分、治疗后 6 月 VAS 评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组 ODI 评分、治疗后 6 月 ODI 评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率 93.0%(80/86)，对照组 84.7%（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：脊柱平衡手法配合灵仙通络方能够明显改善 DLBP 患者的中医临床证候，降低 VAS、ODI 评分。 |

| Clinical Effects of Spinal Balanced Manipulation Combined with Lingxian Tongluo Prescription in Treatment of Discogenic Low Back Pain |

| Objectives To discuss the clinical effects of spinal balanced manipulation combined with Lingxian Tongluo Prescription in treatment of discogenic low back pain (DLBP) Methods The patients with DLBP (180 cases) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=90). In the treatment group, 86 cases were actually completed and 84 cases were completed in the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score, VAS score, and ODI score were observed, and the clinical ef?cacies before and after treatment and follow-up of 6 months after treatment were evaluated. Results Before treatment, there was no signi?cant difference between the two groups in VAS and ODI scores (P >0.05); both VAS and ODI scores were signi?cantly reduced in the two groups after treatment and 6 months after treatment (P < 0. 05). The VAS score after treatment and the VAS score in 6 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ODI score after treatment and the ODI score in 6 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0% (80/86) and was 84.7% (71/84) in the control group. The total effective comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The spinal balanced manipulation combined with Lingxian Tongluo Prescription can signi?cantly improve the TCM clinical syndrome of DLBP patients, reduce the scores of VAS and ODI, and provide reliable clinical treatment basis for the treatment of DLBP with the comprehensive targeting of TCM and techniques. |
