| 目的：探讨外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：随机选取环状混合痔患者 162例，以随机数字表分组，分为治疗组、对照组，每组 81 例。治疗组采用外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术，对照组采用外剥内扎术，比较两组的并发症及疗效。结果：治疗组总体有效率为 96%，对照组总体有效率为 87%，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。两组在术后疼痛、肛缘水肿、尿潴留、住院时间方面有统计学差异，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术愈合更快，肛周疤痕小，能有效的减少术后并发症，手术安全可行。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture for the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 162 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n = 81). The patients in treatment group were treated with milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture, and the patients in control group were treated with milligan-morgan operation. The complications and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate was 96 % in the treatment group and 87% in the control group, with a signi?cant difference (P<0.05). There were statistical differences in postoperative pain, anal edema, urinary retention, and hospitalization time. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture can heal faster, and the perianal scar is small, which can effectively reduce postoperative complications, and the operation is safe and feasible. |
