| 目的:系统评价中西医结合防治老年髋部骨折患者深静脉血栓(DVT)的有效性。方法:计算机检索知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science。检索自建库至 2021年 5月 17日，搜集所有关于中西医结合组对比单纯西医组防治老年髋部骨折患者深静脉血栓的随机对照试验( RCT)研究，由 2位研究者独立筛选文献，提取资料，并根据 Cochrane偏倚风险指标进行质量评价，采用 RevMan 5.4软件进行 Meta分析。结果:共纳入 20篇文献， 1714例患者。 Meta分析结果显示:中西医结合组 DVT的发生率为 [RR=0.19，95%CI(0.11, 0.32)， P<0.001]；D-二聚体水平 [SMD=-1.59，95%CI(-2.09，-1.09)，P<0.001]、血小板计数 (PLT)水平 [MD=-9.45，95%CI |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the ef.cacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in elderly hip fracture patients. Methods The CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, China biomedical literature database, PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and Web of Science were searched from the establishment of the database to May 17, 2021, which collecting all randomized controlled trials (RCT) on the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis in elderly hip fracture patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (experimental group) compared with western medicine (control group). Two researchers independently screened literatures, extracted data and evaluated the quality according to Cochrane bias risk assessment system. The RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 20 articles including 1714 patients were included. Meta analysis results show that the incidence of DVT in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was [RR=0.19, 95%CI (0.11, 0.32), P<0.001].
