| 目的:探讨富血小板血浆(PRP)联合点状植皮术治疗糖尿病足创面的临床疗效。方法:分析就诊于我院的62例糖尿病足创面患者。按照治疗方法分为两组:治疗组31例治疗方法为PRP联合点状植皮术，术后3 d开始予以生肌象皮膏每日换药。对照组31例治疗方法为点状植皮术，术后3 d开始予以生肌象皮膏每日换药。观察两组患者点状植皮术后3 d、7 d时的皮片成活率。随访1个月，观察创面愈合时间，愈合率，总有效率等指标。结果:点状植皮术后3 d时两组皮片成活率有统计学差异，治疗组94.7%(413/436)大于对照组91.1%(347/381)(P<0.05)，点状植皮术后7 d时两组皮片成活率有统计学差异，治疗组88.3% (385/436)，大于对照组80.6%(307/381)(P<0.05)，治疗组创面愈合中位时间(15.00±0.687)d，对照组为(24.00±2.319)d，(P<0.05)。随访1个月，创面愈合率治疗组87.1%，对照组64.5%(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组96.8%，对照组93.5%(P>0.05)。结论:PRP联合点状植皮术治疗糖尿病足创面有效。 |

| Clinical Efficacy of Platelet-Rich Plasma Combined with Point Skin Grafting on Diabetic Foot Wounds |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with point skin grafting on diabetic foot wounds. Methods A total of 62 diabetic foot wound patients were divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases) by different treatment methods. The treatment group was treated by PRP combined with point skin grafting.Three days after the operation, Shengji Xiangpi Paste was applied for daily dressing change. The control group was treated by point skin grafting.Three days after the operation, Shengji Xiangpi Paste was applied for daily dressing change. The survival rate of skin grafts of the two groups were observed at 3 and 7 days after point skin grafting. The wound healing time, healing rate and total effective rate were observed for 1 month. Results 3 days after point skin grafting，survival rate of skin graft was statistically difference between the two groups, which the treatment group [94.7% (413/436)]was more than that of the control group [91.1% (347/381)](P<0.05). 7 days after point skin grafting, survival rate of skin graft was statistically difference between the two groups, which the treatment group [88.3% (385/436)] was more than that of the control group [80.6% (307/381)] (P<0.05).The median time to wound healing was (15.00 ± 0.687) days in the treatment group and (24.00±2.319) days in the control group (P<0.05).Following up for 1 month, the wound healing rate was 87.1% in the treatment group and 64.5% in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.8% in the treatment group and 93.5% in the control group respectively. Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma combined with point skin grafting is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. |
