| 目的:基于数据挖掘方法分析文献中治疗女性压力性尿失禁的中医诊疗及用药规律,为临床用药和诊疗提供参考。方法:收集并整理近二十年文献中关于中医药治疗女性压力尿失禁的处方，录入中医传承计算平台(V3.0)，通过关联规则，改进的互信息法和复杂系统熵聚类法等方法对其统计分析。结果:纳入56篇文献，涉及中药101味，统计前五的症状依次为小便失禁、腰膝酸软、小便频数、体倦乏力、畏寒肢冷，舌苔以舌淡红、苔薄白为主，脉象以脉沉细弱、脉细无力为主，涉及药物以补虚药、收涩药为主，使用频数前五的中药为黄芪、甘草、白术、山药、益智仁，四气以平性和温性药为主，五味中以甘、苦药居多，归经以脾、肾、肺经居多，证候以脾肾两虚、肾气不固为多。结论:女性压力性尿失禁为脏腑病，病位在膀胱，与脾肾关系最为密切，以健脾补肾，振奋膀胱机能为基本治则，但同时要整体治疗，五脏同调。 |

| Objective Based on the data mining method, the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and medication rules for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence in the literature were analyzed, so as to provide references for clinical medication and diagnosis and treatment. Methods The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the literature for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence in the past 20 years were collected and sorted out. The data were entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform (V3.0). Through association rules, improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering method and other methods, the data were statistically analysed. Results A total of 56 articles were included, involving 101 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines. The top five symptoms were urinary incontinence, weakness in waist and knees, frequent urination, fatigue, chills and cold limbs. The tongue coating was mainly reddish tongue and thin white coating. The pulse condition is mainly composed of weak and weak pulses, and the drugs involved are mainly tonic and astringent drugs. The top five traditional Chinese medicines used are astragalus, licorice, atractylodes, yam and Yizhiren. Harmonizing medicine is the main ingredient. Among the five flavors, sweet and bitter medicines are the main ones. The main meridians are spleen, kidney and lung meridians. The symptoms are mostly spleen and kidney deficiency, and kidney qi is not solid. Conclusion Female stress urinary incontinence is a disease of the internal organs. The disease is located in the bladder and is most closely related to the spleen and kidney. The basic treatment is to invigorate the spleen and kidney, and invigorate the function of the bladder, but at the same time, it should be treated as a whole. |
