| 目的:观察髌骨环内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折临床应用效果。方法:将2013 年9 月—2018 年9 月我院62 例髌骨骨折患者随机分为两组，观察组32 例，对照组30 例。观察组实施髌骨环内固定术，对照组行张力带克氏针内固定术，比较2 种内固定方式的临床疗效。结果:观察组髌骨骨折手术时间(59.38±11.41) min、手术出血量(119.38±11.41)mL、术后并发症及膝关节功能评分(88.41±3.87)均优于对照组，对照组手术时间(73.33±8.74)min，手术出血量(135.83±13.83)mL、术后并发症及膝关节功能评分(80.10±6.84)，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。所有患者均进行18 个月的随访，观察组骨折愈合时间、内固定取出时间，与对照组相比并不延长，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:髌骨环内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折，手术操作简单、术中出血量少、固定可靠、术后并发症发生率低，较张力带克氏针内固定手术方式具有一定优势。 |

| Clinical Effect Analysis of Patella Ring Internal Fixation for Patella Comminuted Fracture |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of patella ring internal fixation for patella comminuted fracture. Methods From September 2013 to September 2018, 62 patients with patella fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group implemented patella ring internal fixation, and the control group underwent tension band Kirschner wire internal fixation. The clinical effects of the two internal fixation methods were compared. Results The operation time of patella fracture (59.38±11.41) min, bleeding volume (119.38±11.41) mL, postoperative complications and knee function score (88.41±3.87) of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The operation time of the control group (73.33±8.74) min, surgical bleeding volume(135.83±13.83) mL, postoperative complications and knee function score (80.10±6.84), which the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). All patients were followed up for 18 months. The fracture healing time and internal fixation removal time of the observation group were not prolonged compared with the control group,which the differences were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Patellar ring internal fixation for the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures has simple operation, less intraoperative blood loss, reliable fixation and low postoperative complications. It has certain advantages over the tension band Kirschner wire internal fixation. |
