| 目的:探讨快速康复理念对腹腔镜胃癌术后患者应激及细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取2017 年6 月—2018 年6 月行全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术的50 例患者，分为观察组23 例和对照组27 例，观察组采用快速康复措施管理，对照组采用传统外科措施管理。比较两组患者术后应激反应及细胞免疫情况。结果:与对照组相比，观察组术后应激反应轻，细胞免疫功能影响小，差异均有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05)。结论:快速康复理念可以减轻腹腔镜胃癌术后患者应激反应，并可以减少对细胞免疫的影响。 |

| Effect of the Concept of Fast-Track Surgery on Stress and Cellular Immunity in Patients after Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer Surgery |

| Objective To investigate the effect of the concept of fast-track surgery on the stress response and cellular immunity in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,50 patients with gastric cancer who underwent total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into the observation group (n =23), and the control group (n =27). The concept of fast-track surgery and traditional surgical measures were adopted respectively.The stress response and cellular immunity of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less stress reaction and less influence on cellular immune function after surgery, which the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The concept of fast-track surgery could reduce the stress response of patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and reduce the influence on cellular immunity. |
