| 目的:观察益气散结方对甲状腺癌术后患者免疫功能和心理状态的改善作用。方法:将 66例甲状腺癌术后患者随机分为两组，对照组( 33例)和治疗组( 33例)，对照组接受左甲状腺素钠治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药益气散结方治疗，观察比较两组患者血清甲状腺素， T淋巴细胞亚群及抑郁评分水平。结果:治疗后治疗组血清 FT3、FT4、 TSH水平明显优于对照组( P<0.05)，治疗后的治疗组血清 CD3+、CD4+水平明显高于对照组( P<0.05)，治疗后的治疗组抑郁评分 HAMD及 SDS水平明显低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论:益气散结方可有效提升甲状腺癌术后患者机体内分泌及免疫功能，改善患者抑郁状态，疗效确切。 |

| Effect of Yiqi Sanjie Decoction on Immune Function and Mental State of Patients with Thyroid Cancer after Operation |

| Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Sanjie Decoction (YSD) on the improvement of immune function and mental state of patients with thyroid cancer after operation. Methods Totally 66 cases of thyroid cancer patients, were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium. On the basis, the treatment group added oral administration of YSD. The levels of serum thyroxine, T lymphocyte subsets and depression score were compared. Results At the end of treatment, the treatment group' s FT3, FT4 and TSH levels were signi?cantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment group' s CD3+ and CD4+ levels were signi?cantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the treatment group' s HAMD and SDS levels were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion YSD can significantly improve the endocrine and immune function of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery, and help patients to improve the patients’ depression. The effect is exact. |
