| 目的：探讨腹膜前间隙放置引流管是否能有效预防双侧腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术 (transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic，TAPP) 后血清肿的发生。方法：回顾我科 2017 年 6 月—2019 年 3 月收治的 64 例双侧腹股沟疝患者的情况，根据是否在腹膜前间隙放置引流管分为 A 组（放置引流管组）30 例，B 组（未放置引流管组）34 例。A 组在行TAPP 术中于腹膜前间隙放置引流管；B 组在行 TAPP 术中未放置引流管，比较两组术后血清肿的发生率以及术后住院时间的变化。结果： A组血清肿的发生率为3.33%，B组血清肿发生率为23.53%，AB两组血清肿的发生率有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；AB 两组术后住院时间相比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。结论：腹膜前间隙放置引流管能有效预防 TAPP 术后血清肿的发生同时并没有延长住院时间。 |

| Clinical Control Study on Prevention of Seroma after Bilateral TAPP Operation by Placing Drainage Tube in Preperitoneal Space |

| Objective To investigate whether the placement of drainage tube in the preperitoneal space can effectively prevent the occurrence of seroma after bilateral transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic (TAPP) surgery. Methods The 64 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were reviewed. According to whether or not the drainage tube was placed in the preperitoneal space, the patients were divided into group A (30 patients with drainage tube placed) and group B (34 patients without drainage tube placed). In group A, drainage tubes were placed in the preperitoneal space during TAPP. No drainage tube was placed in group B during TAPP, and the incidence of postoperative seroma and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of seroma was 3.33% in group A and 23.53% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Placing drainage tube in the preperitoneal space can effectively prevent the occurrence of seroma after TAPP surgery and does not prolong the hospital stay. |
