| 目的：分析补气健脾和胃理气法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效性。方法：随机选取 2016 年 8 月—2018 年 7 月我院糖尿病胃轻瘫患者 60 例，随机分为对照组和观察组各 30 例：在基础降血糖治疗的基础上，对照组给予口服多潘立酮治疗，观察组给予多潘立酮及中药治疗，4 周后评价临床主症评分、胃排空时间、临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的恶心呕吐、早饱、上腹疼痛、脘腹胀满评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），GET1/2 显著短于对照组（P<0.05），治疗的总有效率 93.3%（28/30）显著高于对照组 66.7%（20/30）（P<0.05），复发率 3.3%（1/30）显著低于对照组 16.7%（5/30）（P<0.05）。结论：补气健脾和胃理气法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效性高。 |

| Effectiveness Analysis of Buqi Jianpi and Stomach Qi Regulating Method in Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis |

| Objective To analyze the effectiveness of Buqi Jianpi and stomach Qi regulating method in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with diabetic gastroparesis in our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases). In addition to basic treatment, the patients in control group were given Domperidone, while the patients in observation group were given treatment of Buqi Jianpi and stomach Qi regulating method based on Domperidone. After 4 weeks, the clinical main symptom scores, gastric emptying time, gastric emptying rates, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of nausea, vomiting, early satiety, epigastric pain and epigastric distention of the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the time of gastric emptying was significantly shorter (P<0.05), the total effective rate (93.3%, 28/30) was significantly higher than the control group (66.7%, 20/30) (P<0.05), and the recurrence rate (3.3%, 1/30) was significantly lower than the control group (16.7%, 5/30) (P<0.05). Conclusion Buqi Jianpi and stomach Qi regulating method is effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. |
