| 目的：评价金黄膏外敷结合医用冰垫外用缓解混合痔术后肿痛的效果。方法：将 62 例行混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 31 例，治疗组术后应用医用冰垫外用结合金黄膏外敷治疗，对照组外用吲哚美辛栓结合浓氯化钠注射液湿敷，评定两组治疗前后肛门水肿及疼痛情况。结果：两组治疗前肛门水肿评分治疗组（2.06±0.93），对照组（2.03±0.95）（P>0.05）；术后第 7 天水肿评分治疗组（0.36±0.49），对照组（0.74±0.56）（P<0.05）。治疗前肛门疼痛评分治疗组（4.90±1.99），对照组（5.03±2.23）（P>0.05）；术后第 7 天疼痛评分治疗组（1.26±1.21），对照组（1.94±1.32）（P<0.05）。结论：医用冰垫外用结合金黄膏外敷，能有效缓解混合痔术后水肿及疼痛。 |

| Objective To evaluate the ef?cacy of external use of medical ice pad combined with traditional Chinese medicine for relieving edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods Sixty-two eligible patients who underwent external hemorrhoidectomy and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group that were treated by the external application of Golden-yellow Ointment combined with medical ice pad, and the control group that were treated by wet compress with indomethacin combined with concentrated sodium chloride injection, respectively. The edema and pain of anuses were assessed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the anal edema score in treatment group was ( 2. 06± 0.93) while the control group was (2.03±0.95) (P>0.05); after 7 d of the treatment, the anal edema score in treatment group was (0.36±0.49) while the control group was (0.74±0.56) (P<0.05). Before treatment, the anal pain score in treatment group was (4.90±1.99) while the control group was (5.03±2.23)(P>0.05); after 7 d of the treatment, the anal pain score in treatment group was (1.26±1.21) while the control group was (1.94±1.32) (P<0.05). Conclusion The medical ice pad combined with traditional Chinese medicine is more effective to relieve edema and pain after hemorrhoidectomy. |
