| 目的：探讨超声引导下聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗复发下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法：80 例下肢静脉曲张术后复发患者作为研究对象，采取数字随机分组法分组，对照组（n=40）行点状剥脱手术治疗，研究组（n=40）行聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗。术后随访 1 个月，比较分析两种方法对复发下肢静脉曲张的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组手术时长， 出血量，手术切口的数量，住院时间，患者满意度优于对照组（P< 0.05）；结论：对复发的下肢静脉曲张患者行超声引导下泡沫硬化剂治疗，预后良好，值得大力推广。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical ef?cacy of ultrasound-guided polyocicol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of recurrent varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods A total of 80 patients (80 limbs) with recurrence after varicose vein surgery of lower extremities admitted to the First Af?liated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study. They underwent ultrasound-guided foam sclerptherapy (observation group, n=40) or point stripping treatment (control group, n=40) according to random numbers. The patients were followed up for 1 month after operation, and the effects in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding amount, operative incision numbers, hospitalization time and postoperative satisfaction score of the observation group were preferable than those of control group. Conclusion The prognosis of ultrasound-guided foam sclerptherapy for recurrence after varicose vein surgery of lower extremities is good and deserves to be applied widely. |
