| 目的：分析骨科手术部位感染的危险因素，探讨患者参与预防感染的作用。方法：对经手术治疗的 248 例骨科患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。以时间先后为指标，将前期的 124 例作为对照组，后期的 124 例作为观察组，比较两组手术感染发生率及患者满意度情况。结果：通过多因素非条件 Logistic 回归分析结果显示：发生 SSI 的相关因素包括金葡菌定植、糖尿病、血糖水平、吸烟史。将患者纳入预防骨科手术部位感染管理后，观察组手术感染发生率 4.0%，低于对照组11.2%（P<0.05）；观察组满意度 95.1%，高于对照组 86.3%（P<0.05），患者参与 SSI，能降低 SSI 发生率，并且提高了患者的满意度。结论：患者参与骨科手术部位感染预防，可有效降低手术感染发生率。 |

| Risk Factors of Surgical Site Infection in Orthopedic Patients and Effect of Patients Participation in Prevention of Infection |

| Objective To analyze the risk factors of surgical site infection in orthopedic patients, and to explore the effect of patients involved in preventing infections in orthopedic surgery sites. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 248 patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery from June 2015 to June 2016 was performed. Taking time as a priority, 124 cases in the early stage as the control group and 124 cases in the late stage as the observation group, the incidence of surgical infection and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the factors related to SSI included Staphylococcus aureus colonization, diabetes, blood glucose level, and smoking history. After the patients were included in the prevention of infection management in the orthopedic surgery site, the incidence of surgical infection in the observation group (4.0%) was lower than that in the control group (11.2%) (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group (95.1%) was higher than that of the control group (86.3%) (P<0.05). Patients participation in SSI could reduce the incidence of SSI and increase the patient satisfaction. Conclusion The patients involved in the prevention of infection in orthopedic surgery site can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical infection. |
