| 目的：探究中药坐浴配合经穴推拿在肛裂术后的作用。方法：选取采用中药坐浴干预的肛裂手术患者 41 例作为对照组，另选取采用中药坐浴配合经穴推拿干预的肛裂手术患者 41 例作为观察组，对比两组首次排便时间、症状积分、疼痛程度及创面愈合时间。结果：观察组首次排便时间为（1.62±0.58）d，短于对照组的（2.51±0.62）d，观察组症状积分为（6.38±0.89）分，低于对照组的（8.21±0.95）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组干预后 1、2、4 d 疼痛程度分别为（4.76±0.21）分、（3.91±0.16）分、（1.15±0.14）分，均轻于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组创面愈合时间（15.83±2.96）d，短于对照组的（21.49±3.27）d，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药坐浴配合经穴推拿应用于肛裂手术后，可有效减轻便秘情况，降低疼痛，同时加快创口愈合。 |

| Application of Chinese Medicine Hip Bath Combined with Meridian Massage after Anal Fissure Operation |

| Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine sitting bath combined with meridian massage on postoperative constipation in patients with anal ?ssure. Methods A total of 41 patients undergoing anal ?ssure surgery who were treated with Chinese medicine bath intervention were selected as the control group. Forty-one patients with anal ?ssure surgery who were treated with bath and acupuncture massage were used as observation group. The ?rst defecation time, symptom score, pain level and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The first defecation time in the observation group was ( 1 . 62 ± 0 . 58) d, which was shorter than that of the control group [(2.51±0.62) d]. The symptom score of the observation group was (6.38±0.89) points, which was lower than that of the control group [(8.21±0.95) points], with statistical significance (P<0.05). The pain levels at 1, 2 and 4 d after intervention in the observation group were (4.76±0.21), (3.91±0.16) and (1.15±0.14), respectively, which were lighter than those in the control group (P<0.05); the wound healing time of the observation group was (15.83±2.96) d, which was shorter than that of the control group [(21.49±3.27) d], and the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine bath combined with meridian massage for patients after anal fissure surgery can effectively reduce constipation and pain, and accelerate wound healing, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
