| 目的：探讨中西医结合干预措施对胰十二指肠切除术患者进入手术期间的应用效果。方法：将在我院进胰十二指肠切除术的 40 例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各 40 例。对照组在进入手术室后等待期间给予常规干预措施，观察组给予穴位按压和倾听五行音乐，穴位按压选用风池穴和百会穴两个穴位，并根据患者不同心理情况实行情志护理。两组患者 分别在进入手术间后和 15 min 后测量生命体征及焦虑程度。结果：进行穴位按压和情志护理后，观察组患者焦虑程度评分较对照组明显降低（P<0.05）；患者收缩压观察组较对照组低（P<0.05），舒张压无明显差异（P>0.05）；心率降低（P<0.05）；呼吸无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：通过对胰十二指肠切除术患者进行穴位按压及五行音乐疗法，可以有效缓解患者等待期间的紧张、焦虑等不良的情绪，还可以使患者的心率、血压、呼吸等生命体征平稳，创造更好的生理条件配合手术完成， 促进了患者的快速康复。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention on patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Totally 40 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine intervention measures after entering the operating room, while the patients in observation group were given acupoint massage and listening to Wuxing music. Vital signs and anxiety were measured 15 min after the surgery. Results After acupoint massage and emotional nursing, anxiety scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0 . 05). Systolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and diastolic blood pressure showed no signi?cant difference (P >0.05). The heart rate decreased (P < 0 . 05 ); There was no significant difference in respiration (P >0.05). Conclusion The acupoint massage and five-element music therapy for patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy can effectively relieve the patients’tension, anxiety and other adverse emotions during the waiting period, stabilize their blood pressure and slow down their heart rate, effectively complete the operation with the patients and promote their rapid recovery. |
