| 目的：分析综合护理干预在氟骨症术后护理的实际应用效果。方法：本文选取我院 2015 年 7 月—2017 年 7 月期间收治的 40 例采取手术治疗的氟骨症患者作为研究对象进行分析，按照奇偶顺序的原则将其分为对照组和试验组，每组各 20 例氟骨症患者。对照组氟骨症患者采取常规护理措施，试验组氟骨症患者采取综合护理措施，观察两组氟骨症患者护理前后的生活质量情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果：护理后两组氟骨症患者的总体活质量评分以及各具体指标评分均较护理前有显著提高（P<0.05），护理后试验组氟骨症患者总体活质量评分为（76.32±7.46），对照组总生活质量评分为（64.54±6.28），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组氟骨症患者对护理工作的总满意度为 70.0%，对照组对护理工作总满意度为 70.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：这表明在氟骨症术后护理过程中采取综合护理干预可以显著提高患者的生活质量，提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度，有助于疾病的治疗和构建和谐的护患关系。 |

| Objective To analyze the practical application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of fluorosis. Methods Forty patients with fluorosis who underwent surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as subjects for analysis. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of parity, 20 patients with ?uorosis in each group. In the control group, patients with ?uorosis were treated with routine nursing measures. The patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing measures to observe the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing work. Results After treatment, the overall quality of life scores of the patients with ?uorosis and the scores of each speci?c index were signi?cantly higher than those before the nursing (P <0.05). The overall quality of life score of the patients with ?uorosis after treatment was (76.32±7.46). The total quality of life score of the control group was (64.54±6.28), the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05); the total satisfaction of the ?uorosis patients in the experimental group was 70.0%, and the control group was satis?ed with the nursing work. The degree was 70 . 0 %, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 . 05 ). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of ?uorosis can signi?cantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families on nursing work, contribute to the treatment of diseases and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. |
