| 目的：探讨经关节空心拉力螺钉固定治疗 Lisfranc 损伤的疗效。方法：采用经关节空心拉力螺钉治疗 30 例Lisfranc 损伤，观察手术前后 VAS 疼痛评分和 AOFAS 评分足部功能恢复情况。结果：本组 30 例均获随访，随访时间 8～22 个月，平均 10.6 个月。骨折均获骨性愈合，愈合时间 10 ～ 16 周，平均 11 周。VAS 评分术前 5.6±2.3，恢复至末次随访时2.3±2.4（P<0.05）。AOFAS 评分术前 56.6±8.5，恢复至末次随访时 86.2±3.6（P<0.05）。其中优 11 足，良 15 足，可 4 足，优良率 86.7%。结论：经关节空心拉力螺钉固定可能对治疗 Lisfranc 损伤有一定的疗效，确切的结果需要进一步的研究验证。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of transarticular screw ?xation for Lisfranc joint injuries. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 30 patients with Lisfranc joint injuries who underwent open reduction and transarticular screw ?xation. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score and visual analogue scale (VAS) score. Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 22 months (average of 10.6 months). X-ray ?lms showed fracture healing upon 10 to 16 weeks (average of 11 weeks). At last follow-up, AOFAS score was from 56.6±8.5 to 86.2±3.6, and VAS score was from 5.6±2.3 to 2.3±2.4, respectively. There was signi?cant difference in these two scores. These results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 15 cases, and fair in 4 cases with an excellent and good rate of 86 . 7 %. Conclusion Transarticular screw fixation for Lisfranc joint injuries may have satisfactory results. The exact results should be con?rmed by further clinical research. |
